Founder + CEO
Yossi is a passionate and seasoned Engineering and Product Manager having previously worked with Macquarie Bank, Monster and Kazaa. Taking learnings from scaling teams and products Yossi founded Upstack to help fast-growing companies find the top software talent in the known universe! He plays a hands-on role in many of Upstack clients growth plans including being an advisor for MealPal ($35M funding, Bessemer + Menlo)
George is more than your average COO, taking care of Happiness and HR departments, project managing, and practically making sure that everything runs smoothly. He’s highly experienced with startups (co-founding some), working multiple projects and with clients from many different countries and continents, embracing cultural diversity and company success.
VP OF SALES & STRATEGY
A veteran of the "upsourcing" industry with an Enterprise background to boot, Graham is responsible for guiding the sales, strategy, and growth operations at Upstack. After over a decade in sales/growth consulting to Toptal, Codementor, EngineerAI, GunIO, and others (and also a five-plus year stint leading WW MarComm & Branding programs for HP, among other Enterprise thought-leaders), Graham is proud to call Upstack “home”.
From a remote lair in Boise, he is proud to lead an agile team of elite sales/marketing pros focused on serving more awesome clients, & - more importantly - working to help Ûpstack become a cultural force for good, in pursuit of what the “upsourcing paradigm”, wherein the stars align and all three parties - developer, client, & provider - rise together.
Graham holds a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) certification, and is also a certified Holacracy Practitioner!

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS
Part Polish, part-Texan, all-awesome, Magdalena (or, Maggie, if you please) takes point on making sure that the first experience Upstack customers have is the beginning of something special. With over a half decade under her belt in the elite freelance network space, Maggie works with Graham to continually iterate upon & refine the client experience, making sure that when the senior technologists that Upstack serves go to sleep, they’re counting [electronic] sheep - not bugs.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Eddie is plugged into the startup community and connects with founders on a regular basis, understanding their talent requirements and which areas they are looking to grow their development team. For Eddie, the work is all about identifying the need and finding the right solution.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Brendon is an avid engager in creating relationships. He’s been blessed with the opportunity to benefit from a mixture of education in technology and experience in sales that provide a great fit for Upstack and the mission he pushes forward! His mission is to be sure that all companies have the right distributed team alongside them.
Always one step ahead in learning new techs and implementing them in our internal tools, Robert heads up the engineering team at Upstack. He’s basically teaching all of us to embrace and create the future, activating our internal curiosity and giving us the benefit of calmness and mentoring to be sure that the whole company is moving forward.
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SUCCESS
A liaison between client, developer and Upstack, Robert keeps track of ALL assigned projects and ensures, through his awesome team, a healthy relationship with all involved parties. Not only scaling up teams but understanding the necessity behind it, Robert has a fine nose in understanding and processing both client and developer demands. Proactivity is his middle name, as he’s constantly gaming up relationships.

With a background in Fitness, Horia is the perfect master in training and discipline. He loves to engage with people and be sure that they can become top leaders in their industry. His ultimate goal is to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and within the requirements of the client, thus he assists developers with any internal queries that they might have, ensuring that this relationship runs smoothly.
CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Certified Scrum Master and IT recruiter, with experience in a few really different domains, Diana loves talking to people, making lists, organizing her time and definitely sometimes others’. She has managed teams of different sizes and in different IT areas, but what keeps her going is the constant possibility of improvement and relation binding.

Over 10 years of experience in marketing and communication, have definitely made Evelina a bundle of insight and creativity. She enjoys establishing meaningful bridges between people, concepts and tools, bringing the A game to the table. With a clear love of pushing towards the future, she’s always there to find out what motivates people best and what role should they take on to be sure they shine.

Roxi’s a fine observer of human behaviour, speech and body language. Thus, has excellent listening and interpreting skills, having the know-how to connect the dots between available talent both internally and externally. She’s highly skilled at not only sourcing talent, but also integrating it with the team and following up.

Diana is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in Business Administration and HR. Diana loves connecting top talent with the best opportunities, being an HR "Wonder Woman" with a genuine human interest. She anticipates the needs of businesses and believes in a strong organizational culture that keeps motivation and satisfaction at a high level. Having extensive start-up know-how, Diana always keeps the focus on the team and on results.
Since the beginning of her HR career, Raluca had a keen interest in finding the right person for the job and creating the perfect teams. Always been a curious person, so that is why she never stopped the search for improving and gaining more knowledge. She is a communicative person, always ready to dive in a conversation and enjoys finding interesting discussions subjects, even if that sometimes means to divagate a bit.
Alexandra is a growth-oriented digital marketing specialist with a passion for growth-hacking, content marketing, social media marketing wonders and advertising. The fact that she just went through a career change from studying the art of medical laboratory and chemistry, is a big advantage because she can easily create chemistry that can generate win-win situations. Long story short: Marketer by day, avid reader by night - sprinkling creativity all around!
Sales and Client Relationships have only been the beginning for Alexandra. She’s now a defined resume analyst making sure that a developer Upstack Profile will not only sell, but it will clearly reflect perfectly the developer’s assets. She coordinates a full team of writers that will work with the data provided to create great selling points to our clients.
